Do you train your own AI models?
Rarely, because it is seldom the right answer. Most business problems are solved best by building well around an existing model: good data, careful prompts, retrieval from your documents and rigorous testing. We fine-tune a model only when a prototype shows it is needed.
Which AI model do you use?
Whichever performs best on your task for the cost. We test the leading models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, and open models you can host yourself, against your own examples. We also design the system so the model can be swapped later without a rewrite.
How do you make sure the AI output is reliable?
With an evaluation suite: a set of realistic test cases with known good answers, run automatically whenever anything changes. Alongside that we add input and output checks, human review for high-stakes steps, and monitoring in production.
What does an AI application cost to run?
Running cost is mostly model usage, which depends on how many requests are made and how long they are. We estimate the cost per user or per task during the prototype, and design the system to keep it under control through caching, smaller models for simple steps, and usage limits.
Can you work alongside our existing development team?
Yes. We can build a complete product, deliver a single AI component for your team to integrate, or work inside your team’s repository and process.
