In short
What is AI training for teams?
AI training for teams is practical, hands-on instruction that teaches staff to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot well in their own jobs: writing clear prompts, checking the output, protecting confidential data and building simple repeatable workflows. Bit Microsystems runs these workshops in Kathmandu, at your office or online, using examples taken from your own work.
What is included
Everything needed to make it work in practice
One team covers the full job, so there are no gaps between suppliers.
Pre-training survey
We find out what each group does all day and how much they already use AI, so nobody is bored or lost.
Role-specific sessions
Different content for management, marketing, accounts, HR, operations and technical staff.
Hands-on exercises
Participants work on their own documents, emails and spreadsheets during the session, not on generic examples.
A prompt library
Tested prompts for your organization’s recurring tasks, written up for reuse after the workshop.
Safe-use rules
What must never be pasted into an AI tool, how to check an answer, and when not to trust one.
Follow-up clinic
A later session to answer the questions that only come up once people have tried things for real.
Where it is used
Who this helps, and how
Typical situations we design for in Kathmandu and across Nepal.
All-staff introduction
A shared baseline so everyone understands what AI can and cannot do and how to use it responsibly.
Department workshops
Deeper sessions focused on one team’s tasks, such as reports, proposals, analysis or customer replies.
Executive briefings
What leadership needs to know to make sound decisions about AI investment and risk.
Developer training
Working effectively with AI coding assistants, and building applications on model APIs.

Is it right for you?
An honest fit check
We would rather tell you now than after you have paid for the wrong thing.
A good fit if
- Some staff use AI heavily and others not at all.
- People use AI but get poor results and give up.
- You are worried about what staff are pasting into public tools.
- You have bought licenses that are barely used.
Probably not the right choice if
- You want a one-off inspirational talk with no practice. We can give a talk, but skills come from doing.
- Staff will have no access to any AI tool afterwards. Training without tools does not stick.

Questions
Frequently asked
Straight answers to what people ask us most about this service.
Who is AI training for?
Anyone who works with words, numbers or information: managers, administrators, accountants, marketers, HR, teachers, support staff and developers. We adjust the content to the group’s role and current level.
Do participants need a technical background?
No. If someone can write an email, they can learn to use an AI assistant well. Technical sessions for developers are offered separately.
Which AI tools do you cover?
The main assistants, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, plus whichever tools your organization has chosen. We teach principles that carry across tools, since the products change quickly.
Can the training be delivered at our office?
Yes. We run sessions on-site in Kathmandu or online for teams elsewhere, and agree the format, group size and schedule with you beforehand.
Do you train developers on AI coding tools?
Yes. We run separate sessions for engineering teams on working with AI coding assistants, reviewing AI-written code, and building applications on model APIs.
