Build & integrate
Add AI to the software you already run.
No rebuild required. We connect Claude, GPT, Gemini or a private model to your existing website, app, CRM or ERP, where it saves real time.
At a glance
AI integration for existing software
- Works with your existing system
- Only the necessary data is sent to the model
- Usage and cost visible from day one
- A fallback when the AI is unavailable
Delivered from New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, on-site across the valley and remotely across Nepal.
In short
What is AI integration?
AI integration means adding AI capabilities to software you already use, instead of building something new. Typical examples are a “summarize” or “draft reply” button inside a CRM, automatic sorting of support tickets, smart search on a website, or a model that fills in fields in an ERP. Bit Microsystems connects models such as Claude, GPT and Gemini, or a private local model, to existing websites, apps and business systems.
What is included
Everything needed to make it work in practice
One team covers the full job, so there are no gaps between suppliers.
System review
We look at your current software, its APIs and its data, and identify where AI would save the most time.
Feature design
Each AI feature is designed around a real task, with a clear way for the user to check and correct the result.
Secure API integration
Keys kept server-side, rate limits, and sensitive fields removed or masked before anything is sent to a model.
Interface changes
The buttons, panels and settings added to your existing application, matching how it already looks.
Usage and cost monitoring
A dashboard of requests and spend, with limits so a busy month does not bring a surprise bill.
Fallbacks
The application keeps working normally if the AI provider is slow or unavailable.
Where it is used
Who this helps, and how
Typical situations we design for in Kathmandu and across Nepal.
Websites
Smart search across pages and PDFs, a chat assistant, and content suggestions for editors.
CRMs and help desks
Conversation summaries, suggested replies, and automatic tagging and routing of tickets.
ERP and accounting systems
Fields filled in from uploaded documents, and plain-language questions over records.
Mobile apps
Voice input, image understanding and personalized recommendations inside an existing app.
How we work
From first conversation to a system your team uses
- 01
Review
We study the system and agree one or two features worth doing first.
- 02
Prototype
A working feature in a test environment, using your real data.
- 03
Integrate and release
Security review, interface work, and release to users.
- 04
Measure
We track how often the feature is used and how often its output is accepted, and adjust.
Is it right for you?
An honest fit check
We would rather tell you now than after you have paid for the wrong thing.
A good fit if
- You are happy with your current software and want it to do more.
- Staff copy text out of your system into ChatGPT and paste the result back.
- You want AI features for your customers without a long project.
- You have, or can get, developer access to the system.
Probably not the right choice if
- The underlying system is closed, with no API or database access. We will check, and tell you if integration is not realistic.
- The system itself is the problem. Adding AI to software that needs replacing rarely helps.

Questions
Frequently asked
Straight answers to what people ask us most about this service.
Can you integrate ChatGPT into our website or app?
Yes. We integrate OpenAI’s models as well as Claude and Gemini through their official APIs. The work includes the interface, the server-side connection, limits on usage and cost, and instructions that keep the assistant on your topics.
Which is better for integration: Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini?
They differ by task, and the ranking changes as new versions are released. We test the candidates on your own examples and choose on quality, speed and price. The integration is built so the model can be changed later without rewriting the feature.
Is our data used to train the AI model?
The major providers state that data sent through their business APIs is not used to train their models by default. We confirm the current terms of whichever provider you choose, send only the data each feature needs, and can use a local model where nothing should leave your servers.
Our software is old. Can AI still be added?
Often, yes. If we can reach its database or it can call an external service, we can usually add AI features beside it without touching the core. We check feasibility before quoting.
What does it cost to run an AI feature?
You pay the model provider according to usage. For most business features the cost per request is small, but it adds up with volume, so we estimate monthly cost from your expected usage and put limits in place.
