In short

What is AI analytics?

AI analytics uses AI models to prepare, explain and monitor business data, so managers can ask questions in plain language and receive an answer with the numbers behind it. It also covers automatic written reports, forecasts and alerts when something unusual happens. Bit Microsystems builds AI analytics on top of the data you already keep in accounting software, point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets and databases.

What is included

Everything needed to make it work in practice

One team covers the full job, so there are no gaps between suppliers.

01

Data audit and cleanup

We find out what data exists, how reliable it is, and fix the duplicates and inconsistencies that make reports untrustworthy.

02

One central data store

Accounting, sales, CRM and spreadsheet data brought together and refreshed automatically.

03

Dashboards

A small number of clear dashboards built around the decisions each manager actually makes.

04

Plain-language questions

Ask in English and get an answer computed from agreed, verified definitions of your key numbers.

05

Scheduled written reports

A daily or weekly summary with commentary, sent by email or messaging app.

06

Forecasts and alerts

Demand, cash-flow and stock projections, and alerts when a number moves outside its normal range.

Where it is used

Who this helps, and how

Typical situations we design for in Kathmandu and across Nepal.

Retail and distribution

Which products, branches and salespeople are up or down, and what stock to reorder before it runs out.

Schools and colleges

Admissions, fee collection and attendance trends in one view for management.

Hospitals and clinics

Patient flow, department load and revenue by service, without waiting for month-end spreadsheets.

Multi-branch businesses

Branch-by-branch comparison on the same definitions, so the numbers are finally comparable.

How we work

From first conversation to a system your team uses

  1. 01

    Agree the questions

We start from the decisions you make and work back to the numbers you need.

  2. 02

    Connect and clean

Data sources are connected, cleaned and reconciled against figures you already trust.

  3. 03

    Build and verify

Dashboards and reports are checked line by line with your team before anyone relies on them.

  4. 04

    Automate and extend

Scheduled reports, alerts and plain-language questions are added once the foundation is solid.

Is it right for you?

An honest fit check

We would rather tell you now than after you have paid for the wrong thing.

A good fit if

  • Reports are assembled by hand in Excel every week or month.
  • Different people give different figures for the same number.
  • Data sits in several systems that do not talk to each other.
  • Management decisions are made on last month’s figures.

Probably not the right choice if

  • Your records are not kept digitally yet. That has to come first.
  • Your data is small and simple. A well-built spreadsheet is enough, and we will tell you so.
  • You expect forecasts to be certain. A forecast is an informed estimate with a margin of error.

Questions

Frequently asked

Straight answers to what people ask us most about this service.

Do we need a data warehouse before using AI analytics?

You need your data in one reliable place, but that does not have to be large or expensive. For many small and mid-sized businesses a single well-structured database is enough, and we set that up as part of the project.

Can AI analyze our Excel files directly?

Yes, and for a one-off question that is often the fastest route. For regular reporting, we move the data into a proper database so results are consistent and do not depend on which version of a file someone opened.

How accurate are AI forecasts?

It depends on how much history you have and how stable your business is. We test each forecast against your past data and report how far off it would have been, so you know how much weight to give it.

Can the AI give wrong numbers?

It can if it is allowed to invent its own calculations. We prevent that by having it compute answers from definitions agreed and verified with you, and by showing the underlying figures alongside every answer.

Is our financial data safe?

Access is restricted by role, connections are encrypted, and the analysis can run on your own server if the data should not leave your premises.
